How to Make Aloo Nawabi Side Dish

Ingredients:


Small Aloo-2 cups

Red Chilly-4

Coriander Leaves

Tomato Sauce-Two table spoon

Ginger -1 Small Piece

Garlic- 1 Small

Salt - 1 tea spoon



Steps:

1.Boil the potatoes.

2.Macerate red chillies in water for 10 minutes.

3.Add garlic, ginger, coriander leaves with red chillies and grind it to make a paste.

4.Fry the potatoes  and keep it separate.

5.Fry the paste for 3 mins.Add tomato sauce and salt with it .

6.Finally add the potatoes to the paste and fry the mixture for 3 mins.

Aloo Nawabi is ready to serve now…
